Asecus AG continues to evolve. After more than ten years as co-CEO, Stefan Hungerbühler is handing over sole management responsibility to Philipp Oesch as part of an orderly succession plan.

Stefan Hungerbühler is leaving the operational management of Asecus AG and will devote himself to new tasks within the cybersecurity industry. He will remain with Asecus as a shareholder and advisor to the board. We would like to thank him sincerely for his many years of dedicated leadership in the areas of sales and finance and for his valuable contributions to the company’s success.

With Philipp Oesch, the management of Asecus AG is in proven hands. Over the past seven years, as co-CEO, he has actively developed the organization, expanded the portfolio, and set the strategic course for the future. He will officially take on the role of CEO on September 11, 2025.

We are thus continuing on our path with a clear focus on customer orientation and comprehensive security expertise. As a competent cybersecurity partner, we help to ensure the secure use of the networked world and support our customers as a trusted security advisor.
